The Elements
These are a collection of 2 hour workshops delving deep into the nature of the 5 elements.
We will learn more about their nature, experiencing where they exist within us, their different qualities,
and how we can connect with them in our practice.
These workshops hope to take you on a beautiful journey into the depths of your body and being,
through asana, pranayama and meditation. They are open to students of yoga
from all backgrounds with a minimum of one year’s experience.

Sacred Chanting and Dances of Peace
These evenings give us the opportunity to connect in meditation, music and devotional dance.
No experience is necessary. Simply come along and sing, dance, meditate and experience the peace that comes through chanting these ancient mantras together.

Tips and advice before attending class
* Please always wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in; leggings, tracksuit bottoms, vests and t-shirts. Please do not wear clothing that drags along the floor, jeans, belts etc…
* Please avoid eating heavily before class. You should always leave a couple of hours after a meal before attending class.
* Please inform me of any medical conditions or injuries before coming to class, especially if you are a beginner.
