Tips and advice before attending class
* Please always wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in; leggings, tracksuit bottoms, supportive vests and t-shirts. Please do not wear clothing that drags along the floor, jeans, belts, too small or too tight tops that restrict your movements.
* Please avoid eating heavily before class. You should always leave a couple of hours after a meal before attending class.
* Please inform me of any medical conditions or injuries before coming to class, especially if you are a beginner.
